You do not have to rip out a working alarm system to switch to Kazar. In most cases we can take over the equipment already on your walls, move it onto Alarm.com, and monitor it from here in Tulsa.

What a take-over usually involves
In most cases we keep the sensors, wiring, and keypads that are already in place, reprogram the panel to report to our central station, and set you up on Alarm.com. What changes is the monitoring, the app, and who you call. What stays is the hardware you already paid for.
Some systems need a new communicator, especially older panels still trying to report over a phone line or a retired cellular network. We will tell you before we start.
When a take-over isn't worth it
Some panels are past the point where taking them over makes sense: discontinued equipment, dead communicators, sensors that will not enroll. We will say so plainly and quote a replacement instead of nursing something that is going to fail on you.
What it costs
Monitoring starts at $39.99 per month, and most customers land around $50 depending on what the system includes. We are flexible on agreement length: the longer the term, the less you pay up front. Our shortest agreement is 12 months, and most customers choose 36. Any equipment or labor needed to complete the take-over is quoted up front.
You own your equipment
Whatever we install stays yours. Nothing is leased, and nothing gets held over you if you decide to leave.
