Every Kazar system runs on Alarm.com. It is the app you actually live with: one place to arm and disarm, see what happened while you were out, and control the rest of the house.
Security
• Arm and disarm from anywhere, or set it to arm on a schedule
• Push notifications when the system is armed, disarmed, or triggered
• See which doors and windows are open before you leave or go to bed
• A full history of every event, so you can check whether the kids got home
• Alerts if a sensor stops reporting, so you find out before it matters
Cameras
• Live view from your phone, and clips saved when something happens
• Motion zones so you get alerted about people, not passing cars
• Video verification for monitored systems, which lets the central station see what triggered an alarm

• Smart locks with a separate code for each person, plus a notification when a specific code is used

Automation
The useful part is the rules that tie it together. Arming at night can lock the doors, drop the thermostat, and turn off the downstairs lights. An alarm can turn every light on and start recording. Unlocking the back door at 2am can send you a notification.
Who gets access
You can add family members, a house sitter, or employees, each with their own login and their own door code, and remove them just as easily.
